Based on the most current research on how teachers learn to teach in multicultural contexts and how they develop professionally, the program offers a unique opportunity for those who seek to develop necessary expertise to assume leadership roles in educational settings nationwide. Applicants come from a variety of professional settings and bring considerable experience into the classroom.
