Graduate Assistants Orientation

Congratulations on receiving an appointment to an assistantship position here at MSU. We are looking forward to making your experience a memorable one.

This year we are holding our Graduate Assistantantship Orientation virtually on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 12:00 pm. All newly appointed assistants are required to attend a session. We strongly urge our returning DAs and GAs to also attend.

Please review the Terms and Policies of Doctoral and Graduate Assistantships from last year, as we are putting the final touches on the 2021-2022 Policy Manual, which will be completed before Orientation. As you are reading it, please jot down any questions or concerns that you may have. We then ask you to register to attend the Orientation where you will have the ability to submit your question. During the virtual event, we will address your questions.
