Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to Montclair State University! To ensure a positive experience for your group, we ask you to review and sign the following document. If you do not complete your form, we may not be able to accommodate you for your visit. Please check the boxes in order to complete the document.

Please arrive on time. If your group is more than 15 minutes late for your tour, we may need to shorten or cancel your tour/presentations as our students and staff have additional obligations during the day.

All groups are required to provide a minimum of one chaperone for every fifteen students - no exceptions. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times. If your group is split, there must be a chaperone with each group in the 15:1 ratio. Chaperones are responsible for making sure that their group behaves appropriately while on campus.

We reserve the right to end tours for any of the following reasons: disrespectful behavior/language, inappropriate comments/behavior, or any behavior unacceptable by Montclair State University campus standards. Inappropriate group behavior may result in denial of future campus visits.

The chaperones and group understand that this visit includes a walking tour of campus. Please dress appropriately as we still conduct tours in hot, windy, rainy, or snowy weather.

We request that students turn off all electronic/phone devices during the visit. Chaperones may leave phones on, but in the silent/vibrate modes only, please.

You agree to inform us ASAP if the number of attendees decreases/increases so we can adjust our staff accordingly. Please contact us 1 week prior and the day of if there are any changes to attendees.

If your School/Organization group cancels or does not show to their scheduled tour without proper notice, your group may not be invited back to campus for future visit.

All students in attendance must complete Inquiry Cards upon arrival. Please note, Montclair State University does not sell or distribute student’s information to third party sellers.

Cancellation Policy: So others have an opportunity to join us for a group visit, please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel and reschedule your visit. If you are planning to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
